How booking works
1Pick a service & time. Shayla Randall controls her calendar directly — days she can't work (like Sundays) and any time she blocks simply don't appear.
2Add your details. Each appointment holds the full service time plus a reset buffer, so a 2-hour session at 2:00 PM frees the next slot at 4:30 PM.
3Pending Shayla's approval. Your request is sent to Shayla as pending — she reviews and approves it in her calendar.
4Reserve with a 50% deposit. A 50% deposit holds your appointment. The remaining balance is collected in person at the end of your visit. If Shayla can't confirm your time, the deposit is refunded in full.
5Get confirmed. Once approved, you'll receive a text + email with the suite address and a reminder before your visit.
Your contact details are submitted securely and only used to confirm and remind you about this appointment.
